Clean Environment Pro, Inc. (CEPro)

1.  All work stated in the Scope of Services will be finished on budget and on time. 
                CEPro will provide a discount or hotel lodging if we fail to deliver on time, on budget.*

2.  We will work diligently to treat your home with the care and protective measures that it deserves.                   
                CEPro will promptly repair any damage caused by our negligence.*

3.  We will keep in daily communication regarding our progress during the scope of services and will immediately contact you if any urgent issues are discovered.
                You will be provided with Company, Mobile and Text messaging numbers to reach us at any time for qestions and concerns.*

4.  You will receive a 3rd party accredited environmental laboratory report validating successful mold remediation for all mold remediation projects and additionally for all whole-home (single family residences) mold remediation projects you will also receive a transferable, written warranty certificate valid for one year after the project.
                You may offer this as an added value and warranty to potential purchasers of your home.*

5.  Our goal is to create a raving fan customer in you by exceeding your expectations and serving your every need.  If you are COMPLETELY satisfied we want you to refer us to others; if you are NOT completely satisfied we want you to tell us immediately so we can work to resolve your every issue to the very best of our ability.
                CEPro will GLADLY pay you a cash referral fee of up to $200 for referring your valued friends and family.*
