| Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Data Collection and Correlation
CEPro will identify (through sampling and 3rd party lab analysis) suspected sources of mold spores within designated areas. CEPro 's primary goal is to have the CUSTOMER completely informed and satisfied with the results of our company's testing and identification procedures. Any and all data will be kept confidential and shared only with designated CUSTOMER representatives as determined by the integrated management team.
CEPro will sample areas that may be suspected of mold contamination. A comprehensive visual inspection will be performed. Testing samples will be taken, and sent to a certified independent third party laboratory qualified to process viable and non-viable fungi cultures. The samples will be encoded with a number/letter sequence and will not contain the client's full name or contact information on any data or any sample collection device. Results will be reported to team members and remediation plans will be discussed with client.
CEPro 's Four Phases of Prevention, Detection, and Maintenance
Phase I ::
Client calls CEPro to evaluate a site and perform on-site inspection; the "building physical".
Phase II ::
Sampling is conducted to determine the presence of toxic molds, fungi, and pathogenic bacteria
PHASE III ::
Data from test cultures are analyzed and are reviewed with the client.
PHASE IV ::
Either a workplace biological risk has been found in one or more areas, or the facility or residence is found to be within acceptable levels. If a risk is found, a treatment and maintenance plan is discussed with the client.
Our scientific methodology is used during pre-treatment and post-treatment to show the level of effectiveness that our technology has on remediation of viable spores in identified, contaminated zones. Our methodology has been demonstrated as very safe and effective by the Hartford Insurance Company as verification/certification of acceptable remediation. |
